Meet Sue

The first thing I thought when I met Sue was how completely beautiful she was – I mean really, why would you marry someone that did not make your knees feel weak.  Fortunately there is much more to her than that.  Sue is someone that gives naturally – she cares about the elderly, animals and people in need. She volunteers at Friends of the Elderly, Gateway High School, and the San Francisco food bank.  She cries during TV shows like “extreme home make over” when a truly challenged and deserving family is in the spotlight.  She is a great listener and is more interested in other people’s stories than telling her own. I always feel like I have her complete attention when we are together.
Sue grew up in New Jersey, the youngest in a large family. I’ve never seen another large family that is so close. If you’ve ever seen the movie “Cheaper by The Dozen”, that’s what Sue’s family is like. After attending Villanova University, Sue lived in New York City and worked for HBO in sales, choosing to move to San Francisco for a promotion. Many years later, Sue works as a real estate agent so she has a flexible schedule, working part time so she can spend lots of time with Sam.

Since Sam came into our lives, Sue has showered him with love, laughter, and silliness. Sue loves giving Sam a bottle and snuggling with him, kissing his belly and making funny noises until he belly laughs, and reading books to him. Sue loves being a mom and looks forward to sharing her love with our next baby.
